How much is shipping?
We have free shipping on all orders from the US, and a $10 flat rate/free shipping over $100 for everywhere else! Yay! Wherever you are, your order will be delivered for via standard shipping, always including a tracking number. If you would like expedited shipping, select that option during checkout and the price will be calculated based on your item's weight and your delivery address.
How long will it take my order to process and ship?
All items that are in stock are at our Seattle studio and ready for a new home! We put fast shipping high on our list, so despite the current crisis our processing timeline remains at 1 - 3 business days from today's date. As for shipping:
- For US orders, we use USPS First-Class Mail Retail - 1 - 4 days
- For Canada orders, we use USPS First-Class Mail International - 7 - 21 days
- For Everywhere Else, we use USPS First-Class Mail International - Ranging from 7-21 days (delivery time depends on destination country)
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Talisman account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
Can I edit my order?
We can edit your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; we'll merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us at email@example.com with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re not able to adjust the address for you, but please email us and we will try to find a solution for you!
Can I return my item?
We accept returns and exchanges! We want you to be happy with every shopping experience you have with us, so if something isn't working for you, we're happy to help.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
You're in charge of the return shipping, but we'll forgive the cost of original shipping!
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form stating your order number, which item(s) you would like to return/exchange, and your reason for returning. We'll get back to you within a day with return/exchange information.
- If you want to return your item for store credit, we'll issue you a credit equal to your original payment by way of gift card, applicable to any and all pieces in our line ( & in-stock).
- If you want to return your item for a different product we'll communicate which product from our line you would like to exchange for via email and you can expect your new item to ship within 1-3 business days.
- If you want to return your item for a refund we'll issue a refund to you through your original payment method. Expect it to be issued with 1 - 3 days.
How do I care for my jewelry?
A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch/box it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for vermeil and silver pieces. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door. A care guide is also included in each shipment, so you can keep it handy to refer to whenever you need a reminder.
